I was in charge of the power point presentation and did almost all of it with a bit of help from Sam. A problem we had was that we couldn't print out the final design in colour because there was no ink in the printed. This meant we could only show Clare the photo shop version on the PowerPoint. Apart from that the power point went well.I didn't speak and was on the computer while James and Sam took turns in talking. The reason why I didn't talk was that we had to rush to get the practise presentation done (to the class and not to Clare). I was going to talk in the final presentation but we decided it was fine with just two people talking.
There were twelve slides including the title and the 'Thanks for watching' at the end. What we did that was successful that no other groups did was showing the food photography test shots in detail. We showed the process from the first test shots up to the final photos. We also showed how we improved the photos using photo shop. We did this by showing a un-edited photo next to one we edited on photo shop. Other slides included the two drafts before we showed the final design, the questionnaire and also the brief. We didn't add much text onto the slides, we mainly just filled it up with a few pictures and improvised when we were talking about it. But I think this was good because its boring if you just read out what is already on the slide and also this is how proper presentations should be. What we could of done differently was add our opinions and first impressions of the cafe on the PowerPoint. We could of also shown some more of the drafts.
